Challenges is a huge grid of windows that keeps track of all unlockable content. When something is unlocked, its place in the grid will break open, where you will be able to view it and the requirements to unlock it.
The squares to the left and right of the unlocked item will turn red. You will see a silhouette of the unlockable and it will tell you what you need to do to unlock it.
A limited supply of Golden Hammers will be available to the player. When used, the player can immediately break open a window without actually having to meet its requirements. Some windows cannot be broken open.
The more stuff you unlock the more hammers you get.
